Demo And Dump Service | $8 Sq Ft
We offer shed demo and removal services in our local area. (within 15-mile radius of our location) We charge $8.00 per square ft.
E.g. 10×10 Old Shed = 100sq ft so the price would be $800 to demo and dump.
Extra Set Of Double Doors | $350
Sometimes customers may want two sets of double doors for easier access into the shed. All of our sheds come with one set of double doors. Please specify where you want the doors in our initial phone call.
Custom Dormer Roof | $1,800
A dormer roof can add charm to larger sheds. The dormer roof can be added to sheds 10×12 and larger.
The roof pitch must be raised to a 33-degree angle and it can only fit on sheds 10ft wide or larger.
Heavy Duty Ramp | $150
Have a ride-on mower or snow blower? You’ll want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.
Windows: Additional 18×27″ | $150 ea
Windows are available in white or brown. The bottom portion slides up and down and they have screens.
Keep in mind that sheds up
to 80sq ft include one window. Anything larger includes two windows.
Extra Single Door | $250
Want an extra single door on the side of your shed? All sheds come with one set of double doors. We can add a single door as an easy entrance into the shed. We’ll talk about door placement on our initial phone call.
Workbench: 24″ Deep | $10 Linear Ft
Our workbench runs the full width of the shed and is 24″ deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.
E.g.: Adding a Workbench for an 8×12 shed will cost $80.
Flower Boxes: 18″ Wide | $40 each
Love to garden? We offer Vinyl flower boxes available in White, Black, Green, Maroon, and Blue.
Transom Window Doors | $200
Add some character to your shed doors with inset transom windows.
The Transom windows are very attractive, but they also add extra light into the shed. And add an appealing beautiful beginning.
Extra Height on Side Walls
Our standard sidewall size is 6.5 feet tall. You can customize your shed with extra height. We have two options:
Extra-High 7ft Side Walls | $250 & High Top 8ft Side Walls | $350
Deep Loft: 32″ | $15 Linear Ft
Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32″ deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas.
E.g.: Adding a Loft for an 8×12 shed will cost $120.
Shutters: 9×27″ | $40 a pair
We also offer Vinyl shutters available in White, Black, Green, Maroon, and Blue to make your windows pop.
Custom Paint | $3 Per Sq Ft
Don’t like the standard tan color? We offer custom painting options using Sherwin Williams Premium Paint so you can pick your color. There’s a $300 Minimum. E.g. 10×16 shed = 160sq ft X $3 = $480
